Green Greeting Cards and Giftware
As much as I love ecards in terms of saving card and money- they do seem quite impersonal and don’t work at all for people like my grandma who doesn’t use a computer. I figured I could recycle the huge amount of fabric I have hoarded over the years and create a range of greeting cards and giftware that are special for people who care about the environment but don’t want to compromise on style. And so my new range of eco friendly design is born.
My personal favourite collection is Rajah where you will find matching gift tags, giftboxes and card gift bags. An exquisite printed vintage Jacquard sari is used in this design. Gold hand embroidery adds some luxury and makes each card even more unique. The unique card is made using recycled materials and is left blank so you can personalise it for any occasion.

There are more matching items available- some of the luxury gift tags are covered in sequins that I have rescued from damaged fabrics. I have hand embroidered a lot of the fabrics to add a unique touch to designs. And best of all everything is available for purchase online! I will be exhibiting at a few craft fairs this year so keep an eye on my website home page for future events.
There is also the option to commission a design if you require something specific so please contact me if that is the case. I have recycled offcuts of card from a school that doesn’t recycle paper, broken jewellery, unwanted clothes, reclaimed metal and threads rescued from when textile factories closed in the UK. Please have a look at the range and let me know what you think!
