A wonderful way to start the day or end a hardcore exercise session:
Ingredients
1 pineapple
1 apple (cored)
100g organic spinach
2 sticks celery
2 leaves of Kale
1 orange
1 lime including its peel
Stick everything in the juicer/blender and pour into a jug. Be sure to stir well and then drink immediately. Keep any that is left over in the fridge, and try to drink the same day.
