Raw Carrot Soup recipe

All you require to make this soup is a blender or juicer. This is delicious cold in the summer and slightly warm in the winter. I just heat the bowl and add the soup to it (protecting the nutrients as much as possible).

Ingredients
5 organic carrots
1/2 organic red pepper
1 inch piece of peeled fresh ginger
pinch of sea salt
Dash of black pepper
Dash of fresh lemon juice
Optional: fresh coriander leaves

Place carrots, red pepper and ginger in blender. Add salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste. Garnish with coriander leaves. This is delicious with sprouted wheat bread.
